Midori Residences – Promising Stature Lives On

Since its launching in mid-2012, Midori Residences has maintained its strong momentum. It continues to materialize as one of Cebu’s most value-driven residential condo communities for the long-term. Cebu Landmasters took on the meaningful challenge of making more prime, yet affordably-priced residential units available to young professionals, start-up families and investors.

Such challenge continues to reap generous rewards based on the number of units sold for the two towers. As of February 6, CLI has already sold 75 percent of towers one and two in less than nine months.

Midori Residences is where luxury, economy and convenience converge in a perfect location,  Chief Operating Officer (COO) Jose Franco Soberano said during one of his interviews. With the positive market reception, he added that the company is optimistic to hit the sold-out date of units in both towers by the second quarter of this year. By the look of it, the sold-out date may come earlier than expected.

Midori Residences is envisioned to offer the best of urban, low-density living in the thriving landscape of AS Fortuna in Mandaue City. In fact, CLI is proud to say that the construction phase is on the right track with 22 percent completion. Specifically, the 3rdlevel of building A or tower one is almost complete while the foundation work for building B is at 70% completion. The construction period of Midori Residences began last October 2012 and is projected for completion and turn-over to the buyers by the fourth quarter of 2014.

Topping off ceremony will materialize within the year while completion of the structural & architectural works will immediately follow. The entrance driveway is in place and already being enjoyed by those who may wish to visit the showroom and appreciate the beautifully designed unit interiors of Midori Residences.

Nestling on a 5,141 sq. meter property, the project has 396 units for two towers with condo units ranging from P1.4M to 1.6M for the typical 22sqm studio unit. Each tower has 12 floors with 18 units per story.

Amenities occupying 65% of the total area include a 24/7 manned security station, CCTV system, 100% back-up generator, a multi-purpose clubhouse, swimming and wading pools and a playground.
