Step into a New York-inspired masterpiece – Visit the newly-opened 38 Park Avenue showroom

The 38 Park Avenue showroom located at India St. of Cebu I.T. Park is now open and ready to welcome unit owners and potential owners who are looking to experience modern New York-style living in the most sought-after address in Cebu City.

As you step into the newly-opened showroom, you are given a peek of a world-class masterpiece with its contemporary lounge area, landscaped garden, featured park, glass atrium and scale model of the 38-storey high-rise condominium’s residential units.The 773-square meter showroom also houses four residential model units : studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and a 3-bedroom unit.

“We’re starting the year big with the showroom opening. Construction is ongoing with project turnover set on the fourth quarter of the 2020,” said Soberano.

The 38 Park Avenue has shown excellent sales performance with some 70 percent sales take up since its launching last year.

We are inviting more Cebuanos to be a part of this New-York inspired masterpiece while units are still available,” Soberano added.

CLI and partners unveiled the 38 Park Avenue Showroom on January 10 in an event dubbed as “The Masterpiece” with elegant interiors and entertainment by broadway dancers and Anna Fegi captivating the audience. 

38 Park Avenue, designed by top international design consultants Carlson RTKL, will feature three levels of amenities at the 26th to the 28th floors including a garden atrium, swimming pool, a fitness gym, lounge areas, and a multi-function hall. It will also highlight two main lobbies for both the east and west side, eight elevators, a three-level basement parking, a grand atrium at the center of the tower, and a high-ceiling lobby.

The showroom is open to welcome guests from 9am to 6pm on Mondays to Fridays  and from 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.

The 38 Park Avenue is under the joint venture El Camino Developers Cebu Inc. with partners Jose Soberano III of Cebu Landmasters, Bob Gothong of Gothong Southern Properties, Ricarido King of RKD Properties Holdings Inc., Rere King of Acrissor Development Crop., and Hector Almario of 12 SIKA Holdings Corp. The project is developed and managed by Cebu Landmasters Inc.
