Park Centrale, Best Commercial Development

CEBU, Philippines – Cebu Landmasters, Inc. is the first Cebu Developer to receive an award from the prestigious Philippines Property Awards 2014, when its flagship office project Park Centrale bagged the winning title as the Best Commercial Development in Cebu.

“It’s another milestone for the company as it continues to grow and create world-class developments.” Jose Franco Soberano, Chief Operating Officer.

After a comprehensive judging process and lengthy evaluation which included site visits, Park Centrale reaped the recognition based on the following key criteria – Design and Concept, Value for Money, Sales Performance, Construction Quality, and Green Building Standards. This is a true testament to the holistic planning approach that Cebu Landmasters has applied to Park Centrale.

Chief Operating Officer, Jose Franco Soberano, received the award during the glittering black-tie gala night graced by top industry partners and developers from all over the country. Soberano in his privilege speech thanked the industry partners for the recognition as well as Park Centrale design firm RMDA.

“It’s an honor to be recognized in the industry and an opportunity to showcase that Cebu’s real estate developments can compete on both a national and global scale. This is a testament to Cebu’s progress and strength.” Soberano said.

Park Centrale, being the Cebu Landmasters’ first venture into office-condo, has already proven that Cebu is competitive globally. Winning the Best Commercial development award, Park Centrale qualifies for the much coveted South East Asia Property Award which will be held in Singapore.
