VISMIN property leader Cebu Landmasters’ Casa Mira South bagged the Best Housing Development (Cebu) award during the 6th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards 2018 held on May 11 at the Fairmont Makati Ballroom. Casa Mira South is CLI’s best-selling housing project in the City of Naga.

Due to the success of the Casa Mira brand, it has expanded to several locations such as Linao, Labangon, Guadalupe in Cebu and Sibulan.

Three other projects were also commended. 38 Park Avenue, CLI’s 38-storey residential high-rise project located in Cebu IT Park was commended for Best Luxury Condo.

Latitude Corporate Center, a 24-storey office tower at the Cebu Business Park was commended for Best Office Development.

Citadines Cebu City, a 180-unit hotel in Base Line Center, was commended for Best Hotel Development.
