Cebu Landmasters, Inc. has been serving the Filipino community since September 2003. Cebu Landmasters specializes in selling high quality homes at a very reasonable price. After its inception, the company introduced its initial venture in affordable housing packages by pioneering the first residential subdivision in Balamban, Cebu in 2004 and followed this through with another residential development in Minglanilla, Cebu in 2007 and the soon to be completed residential subdivision in Toledo City. Aside from Asia Premier Residences, planning and development is also underway for another residential subdivision in Talisay City, which is scheduled for launching in March 2010.
