Together with the AVP, she will develop leasing plans and strategies for implementation, and identify possible business opportunities for additional commercial revenue.

Lease Administration Officer

The Lease Administration Officer shall be in-charge of the Department’s Master Data and Information System. Together with the Leasing Manager, she/ he will also develop leasing admin strategies, policies for implementation, and identify possible solutions for conflicts/ issues in the current lease admin process.

Shall ensure the accurate and timely release and execution of the department’s lease contracts, renewals and agreements. She/ He will handle all leasing projects- office, retail and residential.

Geodetic Engineering Manager

The Geodetic Engineering Manager will manage and oversee all the land surveying activities, survey requirements and aspects of civil engineering projects. He/ she will coordinate with the Head on the progress and report to the Management the periodic accomplishment of the tasks. Will commit to deliver the project within approved budget ad agreed timeline.

 

Qualification
